Senior Process Associate

This role involves performing customer due diligence reviews and risk assessments to mitigate potential risks associated with customers' risk profiles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply research and analytical techniques to digest complex information sets and make logical determinations regarding customers' risk profiles.
  • Perform a comprehensive KYC CDD EDD Risk assessment of clients' customers' profile, including reviewing customer information obtained from multiple sources, verifying identities, screening against prohibited lists, and reviewing transactions for suspicious or high-risk activities.
  • Ensure accuracy of information gathered and provide detailed narrations on customers' risk profiles.
  • Utilize this information in detecting, monitoring, and reporting suspicious activity, and perform background checks using various screening tools to take informed decisions on whether to report the risk.
  • Own and oversee end-to-end customer reviews, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and validity of files worked.
Requirements
  • Must be a graduate or postgraduate in finance or any other related field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with financial institutions like banks, preferably global, NBFCs, or other Financial Institutions.
  • Experience working at MNCs in global processes in the Financial Services or Regulatory compliance is preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in Global AML-CDD EDD KYC Transaction Monitoring or other Banking Financial Services or Financial Services Regulatory compliance processes.
  • Working Knowledge of Global AML-KYC policies, PEP screening, Sanctions screening, Negative Media screening processes.
