
Area Sales Strategist

This role is responsible for recruiting and building a high performing distribution network of part-time employees who will be called Financial Consultants. The goal is to train, motivate, and drive these partners to recruit advisors and sell insurance through them.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a team handling mindset, life insurance experience, sales expertise, and customer handling abilities. They should be able to meet prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions, provide pre- and post-sales service support, and make the FCs and advisors use latest digital platforms and stay engaged towards productivity.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and build a strong distribution network of part-time employees (PTE) - Financial Consultants (FC).
- Train, motivate, and drive this network to recruit advisors and sell insurance.
- Ensure quality, business growth, and persistence in the market.
- Meet with prospective customers to sell insurance solutions.
- Provide pre- and post-sales service support.
- Maintain engagement and productivity of FCs and advisors using digital platforms.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales or life insurance experience.
- Pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and a go-getter attitude.
- Ability to work with diverse age groups and experiences.
- A passion for meeting new people and helping them earn surplus income through entrepreneurial and welfare-oriented activities.
