As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for defining go-to-market strategies, engaging with enterprise clients, and building long-term relationships with partners across industries.
Role OverviewThis high-impact role involves working closely with leadership to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver results-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Business Development
- Determine and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors: Retail, BFSI, Logistics, and Hospitality.
- Manage the sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, including client presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and more.
- Analyze and respond to RFPs/RFQs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver winning proposals.
- Partnership Management
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS TO DRIVE MUTUAL BUSINESS GROWTH.
- Collaborate on co-branded initiatives, joint campaigns, and ecosystem development.
- Track partner performance and ensure delivery against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- GTM & Revenue Strategy
- Design go-to-market plans and pricing models with leadership.
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings.
- Monitor and report sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with recruitment, marketing, and product teams to deliver value to clients.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners.
