Job Title: Deputy Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join our team as a Deputy Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for handling product of Mortgage (Loan Against Property) Loan, generating leads from direct market, connectors, and referrals, marketing current and new products of secure lending, and developing aggressive sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A solid understanding of the banking/NBFC domain, preferably with experience in loan management and customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
