About the Role:
The Division Head will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve business targets within our Health Insurance Channel. This role requires a leader who can provide strategic direction, guidance, and support to team members to drive sales growth and maintain a strong distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: The successful candidate will provide strong leadership by clearly communicating the company's vision and objectives. Direct support will be offered to team members with channel expertise, product knowledge, and strategic market advice.
- Performance Management: Conduct weekly performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and create developmental plans to help team members improve their skills and achieve their goals.
- Sales & Team Management: Maximize sales productivity and achieve monthly and annual targets. Daily leadership, motivating the team, and monitoring progress are essential skills required for this role.
- Recruitment: Identify and recruit top Financial Consultants (FCs) from the market and develop them into Business Leaders (BLs) to expand the distribution network.
Requirements:
- Education: A graduate degree is mandatory.
- Experience: Proven experience in the insurance industry (agency or direct channel), with a strong background in team-handling roles.
- Skills: Must have a strong track record of success and stability.
- Communication: Proficiency in English and the local language is required.
