Job Description

Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Professional. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or instant messaging
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
  • Process high volumes of consumer inquiries related to our products and services and resolve a significant percentage of those inquiries
  • Troubleshoot customer problems, identify root causes, and utilize tools and resources to determine resolutions
  • Follow up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solutions and expand overall knowledge
  • Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues
  • Update customer information and maintain accurate entry of contact details
  • Meet quality standards, adhere to schedules, and achieve average handle times

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of our company's products and services to enable effective resolution of customer inquiries
  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer navigation and operation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
