Director of Learning and Development

This is a senior leadership position that oversees the design, execution, and optimization of impactful learning strategies to drive employee growth and align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative learning programs that support long-term business strategies and employee development goals.
  • Develop scalable leadership development programs for employee engagement and talent retention.
  • Lead the creation and facilitation of high-impact training sessions on communication enhancement, behavioral skills, soft skills, and analytical skills.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through tailored leadership training programs and frameworks.
  • Partner with senior leaders and department heads to identify organizational learning needs and create customized training roadmaps.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between training initiatives and business objectives.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless access, tracking, and reporting of training metrics.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches, including participant feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
  • Mentor and guide team members on advanced facilitation techniques and instructional design methodologies.
  • Create and maintain high-quality instructional materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital content.
