Job Overview

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of infrastructure systems.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Perform health checks, monitor alerts, and work on incident and service request tickets across platforms\
  • Manage disk space utilization and backup alerts\
  • Improve knowledge base usage and contribute to standard operating procedure (SOP) enhancements\
  • Identify opportunities for automation and left-shift enablement to reduce L2 dependency\
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, storage, networking, backup, Linux, and user AD management activities\
  • Hands-on foundation-level experience on cloud IaaS services\
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills\
  • Strong adherence to process in following SOP and completing tasks\
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure support workflows\
  • Experience with ITSM ticketing systems\
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and collaborate across teams\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Bachelor's degree with a good educational background\
  • 1.5-2.5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud operations as L1.5 engineer\
  • Good experience handling incident and service requests\
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to foresee problems before they occur\
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team\
  • Preference given to cloud certification candidates on foundation level\
