Job Title: Technical System Specialist

This role involves identifying and resolving technical issues in multiple business system components.

  • Main Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • System Expertise: Perform independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), contributing actively to team discussions and providing solutions to work-related problems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and address system malfunctions, develop and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on system functionalities, document and maintain system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR), strong understanding of system architecture and database management, experience in diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues, knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes, hands-on experience with system monitoring and diagnostic tools.
  • Detailed Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR), mandatory work from office for all working days, based at our Chennai office, and a 15-year full-time education is required.
