Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Reliability Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the stability and performance of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively monitor system health, performance, and availability using tools like Azure Monitor and NewRelic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues, minimizing system downtime and disruptions.
  • Spearhead the development and maintenance of automation scripts to streamline manual processes, improve reliability, and reduce operational overhead.
  • Evaluate and manage Azure services, including Virtual Machines and storage, to ensure infrastructure stability and scalability.
  • Provide expert administration of Windows-based servers hosted on Azure.
  • Analyze system performance metrics, working closely with team members to identify and address bottlenecks that impact efficiency and reliability.
  • Maintain stringent security standards, ensuring compliance with necessary regulations and implementing approved security measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT, DevOps, or an SRE role with exposure to Azure and Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with Azure services, basic infrastructure management, and Windows workloads.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and Python for automation tasks.
  • Experience using monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, NewRelic, or equivalent.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
