Kimbocorp is seeking motivated, self-driven individuals to become cross-border commercial advisors. You will work closely with business owners, founders, and professionals in your region to help them establish holding companies in Singapore - a trusted and efficient jurisdiction for asset protection, business scalability, and tax optimization.

You will be licensed under Kimbocorp, guiding clients through:

  • Pre-incorporation sandbox businesses setup
  • Shareholder and director structuring
  • Early LOI signings and agreement preparation
  • Formalizing their holding companies with full digital support

Responsibilities Include:

  • Introducing at least 3 qualified stakeholders per month to explore Singapore structures
  • Guiding leads from your network into onboarding discussions or sandbox creation
  • Following up with prospects, sharing proposals, and closing deals
  • Attending weekly training sessions and advisory townhalls
  • Providing one-on-one guidance to clients alongside our Singapore-based team
  • Growing your own book of business and building a repeatable referral network
