Job Description:

Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Vice President – Wealth Management. In this position, you will directly oversee a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNI) clients, providing comprehensive investment advisory and wealth management solutions.

This is an individual contributor role that demands a strong personal network, profound knowledge of financial products, and a track record of nurturing long-term client relationships while driving consistent revenue and asset growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire and grow relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and senior professionals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and wealth planning needs.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews, offering strategic solutions aligned with market conditions and client objectives.
Wealth Advisory & Solutions:
  • Advise clients on a wide range of investment products including mutual funds, portfolio management services, alternative investment funds, bonds, structured products, and insurance.
  • Provide tailored wealth planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and succession planning guidance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities.
Business Growth & Revenue Generation:
  • Achieve assets under management (AUM) and revenue targets through focused client acquisition and wallet-share expansion.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the wealth management and third-party product suite.
  • Leverage existing relationships to grow the client base through referrals and networking.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Maintain transparent, ethical, and client-centric practices.
  • Minimize operational and investment risks by adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Postgraduate or MBA/CA/CFA preferred.
  • 12–18 years of experience in wealth management/private banking with a reputable firm.
  • Proven track record of managing HNI/UHNI client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and wealth planning solutions.
  • Established network of HNI/UHNI clients in the region.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills.
  • High integrity with a client-first mindset.
