
Industrial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all production activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and company targets.
- Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure efficient output.
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assembly of industrial equipment and testing to adhere to desired IS standards.
- Supervise SCADA systems and understand process measurements such as pressure, temperature, air flow, RH, etc.
- Collaborate in the assembly and testing of rotary compressors, with hands-on experience in Oracle or SAP and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Lead a team of production employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective leadership, motivation, and coaching.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs for team members.
- Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate and ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures, and investigate and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Maintenance teams for product improvement and ISO standards compliance.
- Ensure that all production activities are conducted safely and compliantly, by implementing and maintaining safety procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability, identifying and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Prepare and manage the production budget, leveraging cost-cutting strategies and energy savings projects.
- Optimize manpower utilization, line-side consumable planning, and capital expenditure management.
- Detailed knowledge of industrial operations and production management principles.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing production processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software, including Oracle or SAP, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and ISO standards.
- Able to manage budgets and optimize resources to achieve business objectives.
