Accounts Payable Expertise Required

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Executive to join our team and drive excellence in Accounts Payable (AP) operations.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Process financial transactions related to company expenses, ensuring accurate recording and timely approval of invoices.
  • Manage vendor relationships and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
  • Administer AP activities, including PO/non-PO based invoice processing, labour and freight invoice processing, customs duty advance and knock-off booking, TDS and TDS Return data knowledge, and Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
  • Develop skills in automation to enhance AP efficiency and productivity.
  • Demonstrate expertise in accounting and analytical skills, communication and interpersonal skills, Power BI, Excel Micro, and other relevant tools.
  1. Education and Experience:
  • Preferred: 1 to 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP).
  • B. Com/M. Com/MBA in Finance.
