We are looking for an expert developer to join a team that specializes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The primary responsibility of this role will be to design, develop, and optimize D365 F&O solutions using X++ with an emphasis on Electronic Reporting, system integrations, and performance improvements. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that support complex business processes in a global automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, enhance, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions using X++ programming language.
  • Develop and refine Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for improved performance and scalability.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects from design through to deployment and ongoing support.
  • Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  • Support data migration activities ensuring the integrity and quality of transferred data.
  • Document technical information and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Ensure all customizations align with best practices, coding standards, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in X++ development within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong understanding of Electronic Reporting (ER) capabilities within D365.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Familiarity with various D365 modules including:
  • Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets)
  • Supply Chain (Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Warehouse, Product Information Management)
  • Knowledge of integrations, data migration, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
