Job Title: Senior Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Developer

This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions using X++. Emphasis is placed on Electronic Reporting, system integrations, and performance improvements. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that support complex business processes in a global environment.

  • Design and develop D365 F&O solutions using X++.
  • Build and enhance ER configurations aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects from design through to deployment and support.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  • Support data migration activities ensuring integrity and quality of transferred data.
  • Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Extensive hands-on experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Good knowledge of D365 modules such as finance, supply chain, procurement & sourcing, inventory, warehouse, product information management.
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills written and spoken.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
