The role of a Direct Sales Processes Operations Manager is crucial in ensuring seamless coordination between dealers, vendors, and the sales team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily sales operations, maintaining high productivity levels, and ensuring accurate execution of sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily with dealers, vendors, and the sales team for operational requirements
  • Following up on renewals and new acquisitions, ensuring timely order processing in the CRM
  • Managing subscriptions for The Times of India and Maharashtra Times
  • Managing complaints and resolution
  • Overseeing procurement and distribution of promotional materials and other related items
  • Managing backend team productivity, salary processing, and invoice management
  • Implementing TOIC/ETIC orders as per guidelines
  • Maintaining accurate MIS tracking and preparing timely reports for management
  • Supporting other operational functions as required by the sales team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, sales, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in direct sales processes operations
  • Experience in sales operations, coordination, or backend support roles
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in SAP and Salesforce
  • Proficiency in English and Marathi is a must
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
