Job Title: Solar Energy Project Manager

Overview:

Seeking a seasoned professional in Renewable Energy to lead a 18-month project in Madhya Pradesh. As Solar Energy Project Manager, you will oversee advisory packages and conduct thorough evaluations of substation performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage advisory packages ensuring top-notch quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of substation performance analyzing electrical and automation aspects identifying bottlenecks and suggesting upgrade requirements.
  • Perform Power Flow Studies to assess load conditions voltage stability and network strengthening recommendations using tools such as ETAP.
  • Generate detailed Equipment Condition Reports for critical substation assets ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree in Renewable Energy Electrical Engineering or related fields Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Renewable Energy with 6 years in Solar Energy and grid integration exposure.
  • Deep technical knowledge of solar PV and distribution grid operations.
  • Proven project management expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for strategic recommendations.
