Key Role: Upwork Bidding and Business Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our Upwork bidding team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in closing high-value projects, managing teams, and driving conversion rates.
Job DescriptionWe are a fast-growing software development company with international clients across the USA, Europe, Middle East, East Asia, and Australia. Our team specializes in mobile app development (Flutter, React, Native), enterprise solutions, CRM, CMS, process automation software, Salesforce, and Odoo services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining strategies, optimizing proposals, selecting high-value projects, mentoring the team, and driving higher conversion rates.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with international clients and leverage expertise in proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3+ years of proven Upwork bidding experience with strong track records of closing high-value projects.
- Experience in managing a team of bidders (minimum 3 members).
- Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, client behaviors, and platform updates.
- Expertise in proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication.
- Must have worked with international clients (USA, Europe, Middle East, East Asia, Australia).
- Knowledge of software development services (Mobile, Web, CRM, ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to track conversion and performance.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
