Contract Management Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a contract management assistant to join our legal team and support the management of contracts. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contract administration and legal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing and abstracting contracts to extract key terms and clauses.
  • Draft basic documents like amendments under the supervision of the senior team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts.
  • Track and manage existing contracts for renewal or amendment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the legal team.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a law degree program (LL.B. or equivalent).
  • Basic understanding of contract law and legal principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
