As a talented individual, you will be responsible for developing detailed test plans and test cases, executing tests to validate functionality, and creating comprehensive test documentation.

We are seeking a skilled candidate who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and excellent communicator. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing Automated Testing Frameworks (ATF) in ServiceNow
  • Developing and executing tests to validate system functionality
  • Creating test documentation and reporting results

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in Quality Assurance in ServiceNow with a focus on automated testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.
  • Knowledge of testing integrations using ServiceNow and POSTMAN
  • Experience working in Agile methodology
  • Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Admin
  • Educational background in BE/BTech/BS, ME/MTech/MS or MCA with no distance education

You will work closely with client teams to complete integration and user acceptance testing, design and implement ATF in ServiceNow, and collaborate with other engineers to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
