Job Title: ServiceNow IT Asset Management Specialist

Location: Pan-India

Work Mode: Hybrid

Experience: 7+ Years (6 Years Relevant)

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Mandatory Skills:

  • Requirements Gathering: Identify business requirements and functional needs through workshops, interviews, and meetings.
  • Process Design: Develop tailored ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes, recommending solutions and improvements.
  • Solution Implementation: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Documentation: Create user stories, process documentation, training materials, and other relevant documentation to support implementations.
  • Training and Support: Provide post-implementation support, training, and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform.

Qualifications

Required

  • 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
  • Familiarity with Sales and Order Management processes.
  • Design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow SOM module.
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform security performance and compliance.
  • Third-party integration expertise.
  • Collaboration and communication skills.
