Project Management Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Lead to join our team.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.

    6. Measure project performance using relevant metrics.
    7. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    8. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
    9. Deliver complex projects through effective leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Detailed understanding of Agile methodologies, Project Management, Software Development Life Cycle, and Software Quality Assurance methods.
  • Experience with project management tools and bug/issue tracking systems.
  • Self-driven and organized with strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 15 years of project management experience.
