BIM Coordinator MEP

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our project team. As a key member of our digital delivery and integration process, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the use of BIM for projects.
  • Develop and maintain BIM protocols and Execution Plans and other documentation in the project delivery process.
  • Analyse and implement BIM Execution Plans for BIM deliverables.
  • Document and communicate best practices and workflows.
  • Primary contact for BIM related technical support.
  • Liaise and coordinate with BIM Specialist / BIM Modeler / BIM Lead / BIM Manager.
  • Manage Revit project production and project contents and Standard Library objects.
  • Create families and have expertise in modelling.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary models.
  • Leading and Managing a team of MEP CAD/Revit Modeler.
  • Quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced.
  • Use Navisworks tools for review/QC/documentation.
  • Responsible for doing QA/QC before the deliverables.
  • Provide one-to-one mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows to project teams as required.
  • Monitors team compliance with BIM standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in design, drafting and BIM management on large scale projects.
  • Proficient in the use of Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
  • Experience on using Navis for Coordination.
  • Technical knowledge of MEP services.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems.
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibilities.
