Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for orchestrating projects within a predetermined scope, timeline, and objectives. They will effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish project timelines
  • Track project deliverables
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Counsel and support team members with tasks assigned
  • Maintain proper documentation
  • Oversee MEP activities across projects (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, ELV systems)
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless integration
  • Ensure compliance with local and international codes and regulations
  • Manage procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design and safety standards
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Implement energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in MEP project coordination
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with green building practices and energy codes is an advantage
