Financial Associate Role

Job Title: Financial Associate

Contract Position: 2 Openings

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.

This is a key position within our organization where you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including journal entries, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented individual who can manage day-to-day accounting tasks with accuracy and ownership. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Zoho Books.
  • Prepare and file GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closure activities.
  • Perform monthly bank and vendor reconciliations.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting roles such as Accounts Associate or Finance Executive.
  • Experience in finance/accounting services or structured finance teams is preferred.
