Job Purpose and Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Associate to support our comprehensive and timely reporting needs. As an FP&A Associate, you will play a key role in updating Budget/Projection Templates, Monthly P&L and Schedules, and Budget management in SAP and other MIS/database requirements.

You will also be responsible for supporting ad hoc accounting/reporting requirements, providing insights and summaries to assist decision-making and planning processes. Your expertise will help us prepare monthly Management reports and schedules, large data collection, data hygiene/clean-up, mapping, and presentation in the form of excel templates/schedules and ppt.

Your scrutiny of Actual Financial data for General Ledger (GL), Cost Centre (CC) & Fund usage will help identify any irregularities and make necessary corrections. You will also be involved in supporting Annual Budgeting process & quarterly projections as well as reporting on KPI's (including updating Budget templates).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating budgets in SAP, monitoring variances, and addressing queries related to budgets.
  • Assisting with Ad hoc accounting and reporting needs of the Finance department as they arise ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to evolving financial demands.
  • Partnering & Collaborating with Finance & other stakeholders daily, fostering effective communication.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements & automation to increase efficiency & effectiveness in reporting and analysis.

Knowledge / Education

Minimum: B.Com/ BBA

Desirable: CA Inter/CMA Inter/ MBA Finance
