Job Title: Financial Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented financial professional to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for handling financial compliance, statutory filings, and company incorporations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Company Registration: Help clients with the process of registering their companies, including preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with government authorities.
  • Manage Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client transactions, filings, and reports.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of returns with regulatory bodies.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns related to compliance and financial matters.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and suggest improvements to streamline processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree from a commerce background (B.com, M.com BBA, MBA, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of GST filing, TDS, and the Companies Act, 2013. Working knowledge or exposure to compliance requirements such as ROC filings, statutory registers, and documentation.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage accurate documentation. Familiarity with accounting practices and compliance procedures is preferred.
