Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Regional Planning efforts across West and Central regions. As General Manager - Regional Planning, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and executing the end-to-end supply chain and business planning agenda.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional planning strategies to drive business growth and competitiveness
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure robust S&OP processes, aligning with manufacturing and other functions
  • Deliver superior customer service through proactive planning and issue resolution

Responsibilities

  • Execute timely S&OP cycles and run demand planning meetings with commercial teams
  • Drive NSV targets and collaborate with commercial teams for accurate demand estimation
  • Perform daily operational reviews, track inventory, and prevent stock outs

Qualifications and Experience

  • Engineer and MBA in Supply Chain Management from a premier Institute
  • 8-12 years of post-MBA experience in planning with mature supply planning processes in FMCG/CPC space
  • Proven track record of managing large SKU complexity and understanding end-to-end supply chain and business
