Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Governance Professional to oversee the implementation and adherence of governance-related practices across Sales, Design functions, project execution & customer experience.

This is a strategic and hands-on role that ensures operational discipline at the city level. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, designs, and other core teams to identify gaps, mitigate risks, and uphold governance and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. City Governance & SOP Adherence: Enforce governing bodies' policies across teams – Sales, design, execution, and vendor experience.
  2. Conduct Routine Governance Checks: Ensure adherence to process frameworks and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Risk & Non-Compliance Management: Monitor and resolve governance risks including financial, operational, or service quality issues.
  4. Stakeholder & Partner Coordination: Liaise with city ops, design teams, and PMs to reinforce a governance-first mindset and work directly with partners to ensure clarity on compliance expectations and accountability.

Audit Readiness & Documentation

  • Maintain Documentation: Keep all project, partner, and compliance documentation in audit-ready format.
  • Lead Internal Audits: Conduct monthly/quarterly internal audits across verticals and ensure timely closure of findings.

Reporting & Escalation Management

  • Prepare Reports: Prepare city-level compliance reports and governance scorecards for business reviews.
  • Presentation RCA: Present Root Cause Analysis and recommend preventive measures.
