Job Title: Senior Liaison Officer/Liaison Head

Established by Mr. Mahesh Notandas Jagwani, Notandas Realty is a renowned player in Mumbai's vibrant real estate market, dedicated to enhancing the city's skyline with luxury living spaces and commercial marvels since its inception over two decades ago.

The company seeks an experienced Senior Liaison Officer/Liaison Head with over 15 years of experience in managing government relations, legal coordination, and regulatory affairs.

This role demands a proactive individual who can ensure smooth statutory processes, contribute significantly to business development through strategic relationship-building and facilitation, while maintaining strong networking abilities with key stakeholders such as government departments, municipal authorities (BMC), legal professionals, and regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary liaison between the company and various government departments, local authorities, and regulatory agencies.
  • Facilitating timely acquisition of project permissions, clearances, and NOCs.
  • Liaising with town planning departments, land registration offices, and legal consultants to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Building and maintaining effective professional relationships with government officials, statutory bodies, and other key stakeholders.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Law, Public Administration, Political Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in liaison, government relations, or legal coordination roles.
  • Proven track record of working closely with BMC, Town Planning, Urban Development Authorities, Pollution Boards, and other government bodies.

Preferred qualities include:

  • Existing strong network of contacts in BMC, DCP office, Collector's office, Urban Development bodies, and other statutory agencies.
  • Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale urban development companies.

This is a full-time position in the Liaison/Government & Legal Affairs/Business Development department, requiring excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Fluency in English, Hindi, and local languages (e.g., Marathi) is necessary for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess high integrity, accountability, and professional maturity, with a proven ability to drive outcomes under tight timelines and maintain discretion when handling sensitive matters.
