Key Responsibilities

As a Software Licensing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely reporting for Microsoft billing and business profitability.

Specifically, your duties will include:

  • Preparing monthly reports for Microsoft CSP billing and business profitability to the Finance team
  • Driving efficiency and simplicity to enhance business processes and flow
  • Supporting SAM consultants for data enablement to optimize license activities

Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence by:

  • Providing accurate and reliable data to inform business decisions
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in data mining and reporting
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products and licensing
  • Experience leveraging data to drive business outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
