Lead Fundraising and Partnerships

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Fundraising Strategy: Create and implement a multi-year fundraising plan to achieve organizational goals. Ensure timely, transparent reporting on progress and impact.
  • Own Fundraising Targets: Set and achieve annual fundraising targets, establishing operational KPIs and ensuring timely reporting on progress and impact.
  • Drive Donor Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of CSR leads, philanthropists, and ecosystem enablers.
  • Mobilize Networks: Leverage an extended network of donors, champions, and sector allies to unlock new opportunities and accelerate conversion.
  • Represent the Organization: Serve as a key representative for the organization at high-visibility sector forums, donor convenings, and collaborative platforms.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 12–15 years of experience in leadership roles across fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to lead multi-crore partnerships and raise significant funds from CSR heads, foundations, or HNIs.
  • Strong Grasp of India's Social Impact Ecosystem: In-depth understanding of the Indian social impact landscape and the ability to intuit what funders value.
  • Compelling Storyteller: Strong communication skills, able to translate complexity into clarity across proposals, pitches, and reports.
  • Thrives in High-Autonomy Environments: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering results-oriented outcomes.
