Job Title: Domestic Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic hiring.

About the Role

This is a key position that requires strong knowledge of domestic recruitment best practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

  • Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the recruitment process for domestic hiring, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Candidate Screening: Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
  • Hiring Manager Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Scheduling and Interview Process: Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Negotiation and Offer Management: Negotiate salary and benefits effectively.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Recruitment Metrics Tracking: Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and offer-to-join ratio.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in domestic recruitment (IT/Non-IT depending on role).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and domestic job portals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in bulk hiring or niche hiring is an added advantage.
