Job Description

Procurement Leadership Role
  • This senior procurement manager will lead the procurement function for high-end interior design and fit-out projects, developing strategies aligned with business goals and project timelines.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute procurement strategies to drive business growth and meet project timelines.
    • Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including FF&E, joinery, materials, and subcontracted services.
    • Forecast material requirements based on project pipelines.
    • Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and pricing to optimize value.
    • Collaborate with QS and estimation teams to align with budgets.
    • Monitor and control procurement expenses to ensure adherence to approved costs.
    • Work closely with design, QS, and site teams to meet technical and design specifications.
    • Resolve supply or quality issues proactively.
    • Ensure no project delays due to procurement gaps.
    • Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and all procurement documentation.
    • Comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
