Job Role: Master Planner

We are seeking an accomplished Junior Architect to contribute to our dynamic team.

As a Master Planner, you will be pivotal in developing approval drawings for residential and commercial projects.

You will work closely with senior architects and other team members to deliver high-quality designs and meet project deadlines.

The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a similar role, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

A strong understanding of architectural design principles and practices is essential.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software is also required.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to succeed in this role.

Key responsibilities include preparing approval drawings, assisting in developing design concepts, collaborating with senior architects, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and preparing permit applications.

Mid-level Architects with 4 years of experience can expect to lead the preparation of approval drawings, develop design concepts, collaborate with senior architects, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, prepare and submit permit applications, and mentor junior team members.
