Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Comprehensive Landscape Plans
  • Create Masterplans, Layouts, Planting Schemes, Hardscape Designs, and Other Design Drawings to Enhance Project Outcomes
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams Including Architects, Urban Planners, Civil Engineers, and Environmental Consultants for Integrated Project Delivery
  • Evaluate Compliance with Local Municipal Regulations, Environmental Laws, and Project-Specific Guidelines to Ensure Smooth Operations
  • Oversee the Implementation of Landscape Designs at Project Sites and Coordinate with Contractors and Vendors
  • Review Budget Estimates, Construction Drawings, and BOQs to Identify Potential Risks and Opportunities
  • Conduct Site Assessments, Soil Analysis, and Feasibility Studies to Support Informed Design Decisions
  • Present Design Concepts, Mood Boards, and Documentation to Internal Stakeholders and Clients
  • Represent as a Landscape Design Expert in Meetings with Stakeholders to Drive Consensus and Progress
  • Deliver High-Quality Project Work Within Agreed Deadlines and Parameters
  • Evaluate and Validate Business Goals to Ensure Alignment with Company Objectives
  • Verify Specifications and Quantity Computations in BOQs to Minimize Errors and Misalignments
  • Participate in Pre-Bid Meetings, Resolve Queries, and Address Concerns to Drive Project Success
  • Visit Nurseries/Civil Materials Selections/Approvals to Ensure Quality and Compliance
  • Review Shop Drawings, Builders Drawings, and Other Relevant Documents to Ensure Accuracy and Completeness
  • Assist Liaison Teams with Statutory-Related Queries and Resolve Issues Promptly
  • Perform Periodic Site Visits to Monitor Landscape Design Intents and Make Adjustments as Needed
  • Determine Specific Material Requirements to Meet Project Needs
  • Review Material Submittals from Vendors to Ensure Quality and Compliance
  • Respond to RFI and Resolve Site Queries in a Timely and Professional Manner
  • Evaluate and Manage Design/Methodology Changes to Minimize Disruptions and Costs
  • Select and Appoint Consultants and Evaluate Their Capabilities to Ensure Effective Collaboration
  • Coordinate with Specialized Technical Consultants to Leverage Expertise and Drive Results
  • Evaluate Landscape Design Options and Address Site-Related Concerns to Deliver Optimal Outcomes
  • Communicate with Facility/CRM Teams to Solve Service Issues and Drive Customer Satisfaction

Project Updates, Reports, and Presentations are Key to Driving Management Information and Decision-Making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from a Reputable Institution
  • 8-12 Years of Experience in Landscape Consultancy and Real Estate Development Projects
  • Proficiency in Design Software Such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong Knowledge of Landscape Architectural Design, Hardscape Materials, Softscape/Horticulture, Planting Design, and Irrigation Systems
  • Familiarity with Local Development Regulations and Environmental Norms (MoEF)
  • Excellent Design Visualization, Communication, and Project Management Skills
  • Able to Manage Multiple Projects Pan-India and Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience Working on High-Rise Residential and Commercial Developments
  • Knowledge of Sustainable Landscaping Techniques and Certifications (e.g., IGBC, LEED)
