Leading the Sales and Operations Planning Function

Job Description:

The Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) function is a critical component of our organization, requiring a skilled leader to oversee end-to-end planning, including demand, supply, and inventory management.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the S&OP function with strong knowledge of digital planning tools, such as Kinaxis Maestro or IBP, and working closely with ERP systems like SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective S&OP strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales and operations goals, fostering collaboration and communication across departments.
  • Provide expertise in digital planning tools, ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems and data analysis capabilities.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in leading S&OP functions, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on expertise in digital planning tools, including Kinaxis Maestro or IBP, and working knowledge of ERP systems like SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration, with a Master's degree preferred.
