We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to support and enhance our business systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering, configuring, and expanding our Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, CPQ, and integrated apps). This role requires someone who is comfortable with hands-on configuration, system administration, and declarative or programmatic development.
- Serve as a primary administrator for our Salesforce organization
- Perform standard administrative tasks: user management, roles, permissions, dashboards, flows, validation rules, and audits
- Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Flows, Apex, custom objects, and Lightning components
About the Role
You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements, drive user adoption, maintain data integrity, and build scalable solutions. Your work will directly influence the productivity and efficiency of our global Sales and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Customize and support managed packages such as Salesforce CPQ, and others
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, technical, and scalable solutions
- Own full development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and maintain features
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Strong understanding of declarative Salesforce tools (Flows, Process Builder, Reports)
- Experience with Apex (triggers, classes), Lightning Components, and SOQL
