We are seeking a skilled Educator to join our academic team. As an Assistant Professor/Lecturer, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of future generations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality lectures and instructional content to students, conveying subject matter knowledge and expertise in a specific academic discipline.
  • Develop or contribute to the development of course curricula, lesson plans, and teaching materials that align with industry standards.
  • Encourage active participation and engagement of students through discussions, assignments, and interactive learning activities that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Evaluate and grade student assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
  • Engage in research activities, including conducting research projects, publishing research papers, and contributing to the academic community through peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
  • Maintain office hours to facilitate student consultations and academic advising, providing guidance and mentorship to help them navigate their academic and career goals.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in any field (UG: Any Graduate).
  • A postgraduate degree in any field (PG: Any Postgraduate).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality education, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
