Key Responsibilities:
Conduct proactive outbound calls to engage prospective students and their parents, adhering to provided communication scripts and guidelines.

Present, promote, and sell the academy’s educational programs and services to potential students, highlighting their benefits and matching them with customer needs.

Qualify potential leads by collecting relevant information and gauging their interest level.

Handle objections confidently and provide accurate information to address any customer questions or concerns.

Maintain an expert level of knowledge about the academy's offerings to effectively articulate their features and benefits.

Diligently follow up on leads, fostering potential prospects through the sales pipeline towards enrollment.

Consistently achieve and surpass designated weekly and monthly sales targets.

Work collaboratively with the sales team to refine processes and strategies based on market feedback.

Ensure that a recent photograph is included with the curriculum vitae (CV) of every potential student.

Engage in regular professional development and training to enhance sales and counseling skills.

Qualifications:
bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Counseling, Education, or a related field. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.

Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and tact.

Highly organized with strong time-management abilities.

A team player with a high level of dedication to driving sales and achieving business growth.

Available to work flexible hours when needed to connect with students from different time zones.

Compensation:
A competitive salary plus a performance-based bonus structure.

Sales commissions for achieving and exceeding targets.

Application Process:
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
