  • Converting leads into successful sales through effective communication">
  • Maintaining a database of customer calls and feedback">
  • FOLLOWING UP WITH LEADS TO ENSURE MAXIMUM CONVERSIONS">
  • MEETING DAILY/WEEKLY/MONTHLY CALL & SALES TARGETS">
  • Collaborating with the sales team for smooth client onboarding">

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound calling/telesales">
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills">
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven attitude">
  • BASIC COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY TO MAINTAIN CALL RECORDS">
  • Positive attitude with the ability to handle client objections confidently">
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory)">
