Job Description

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Technical Product Trainer for Wireline solutions at Tejas Networks. This position requires an understanding of telecom carrier and enterprise networks, industry challenges, and market trends, both at a business and technology level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build deep product knowledge and provide technical training for our entire networking portfolio.
  • Provide training to internal and external international customers for classroom and online training programs.
  • Understand switching/Routing/MPLS use cases and architecture on Tejas Engineered Products against global telecom standards.
  • Collaborate with the documentation team to develop training content, including workbooks, presentations, and videos in the area of expertise.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of Tejas Networking and NMS products.
  • Gather feedback for the trainings and incorporate them in future sessions.
Requirements
  • CCNA/CCNP/CCIE in routing and switching or service provider.
  • In-depth understanding of ARP, ICMP, VLAN, MAC, switching, STP/RSTP/MSTP.
  • Familiarity with some of these protocols: LAG, DHCP, IPv4/IPv6, RIP/OSPF/ISIS, BGP, IGMP, PIM, MPLS-TE, L2 VPN, and L3VPN.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience from a Telecommunication or Networking background.
  • Education: B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE/EEE/IS), MCA, or any other equivalent degree. Experience in preparing and delivering training content for networking protocols.
