Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in product training, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of smartphones, TVs, and IoT devices, including technical specifications, use cases, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex product information.
  • Proven experience in creating engaging training materials, including one-pagers and digital content.
  • Strong research skills to understand and evaluate competitor products and trends.
