Production Process Specialist

Job Summary:
">- The ideal candidate will have expertise in production processes, including welding, assembly, and testing.
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
- 3-15 years of experience in wagon manufacturing business are necessary for this role.
- Proficiency in computer software programs like Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is also needed.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage resources including manpower, machinery, materials, and finances for efficient production.
- Monitor production progress to stay on schedule, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain quality standards by conducting regular inspections and tests.
- Ensure safe working conditions and environment through enforcement of safety policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods.
Competencies & Qualifications:
">- Knowledge of wagon engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in executing large-scale production projects.
- Understanding of quality control and safety regulations in rail industry/heavy fabrication industries.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies.
