Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Garment Production Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting AI-generated clothing visuals into production-ready garment specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Interpret AI-generated fashion designs into detailed tech packs with accurate measurements and construction guidelines.
  • Specification Sheets: Develop specification sheets covering sizing, fabric type, seam construction, trims, and finishing techniques.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with pattern makers, production, and design teams to ensure feasibility and manufacturability.
  • Quality Control: Establish quality control checkpoints across sampling and production stages.
  • Inspections: Conduct inspections for measurements, workmanship, and finish during pre-production and post-production reviews.
  • Materials Management: Audit in-housed fabrics and trims; approve only materials meeting quality standards.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Set clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) for construction techniques across garments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in garment tech or production development in a fashion house or boutique.
  • Strong technical expertise in fit, finishing, and fabric behavior.
  • Prior experience working with Western wear or made-to-measure garments is essential.
  • Proficiency in creating spec packs, sample reviews, and garment construction assessments.
  • Eye for detail, precision in communication, and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
