Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  1. Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Minimum 12 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving organisational change and achieving strategic objectives.
  3. Superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively.
