About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee management, payroll, statutory compliance, and liaisoning with government departments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large teams and ensuring seamless operations. A strong understanding of labor laws and regulations is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Employee Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage employee relationships to ensure high levels of engagement and retention.
  • Payroll and Wage Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and benefits to employees.
  • Statutory Compliance and Legal Affairs: Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant statutes.
  • Liaisoning with Government Departments: Build and maintain positive relationships with government agencies to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
  • Employee Relations and Health & Wellness: Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and well-being among employees.
  • Workforce Administration and Database Management: Maintain accurate records of employee data and ensure efficient use of HR systems.
  • Contract Labor Management and General Administration: Oversee the management of contract labor and provide general administrative support to the organization.
Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. MBA or post-graduation in a related field is an added advantage.
