About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced fundraising professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successful fundraising, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing an action-oriented annual fundraising plan, establishing a network of relationships with key stakeholders, and securing revenue for our philanthropic efforts.

You will work closely with our leadership team to develop a comprehensive strategy for fundraising, including creating a roadmap and strategy for short-, medium-, and long-term objectives.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in business, social sciences, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work well in an international environment, and a proven track record of building and augmenting a national network of diverse donor support.

Key Responsibilities
