Job Title: Community Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Member Support:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for members, addressing their needs promptly.
    • Resolve member inquiries and issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
    • Nurture strong relationships with members by understanding their requirements and feedback.
  • Tours & Onboarding:
    • Conduct tours for potential clients, showcasing facilities and membership options.
    • Lead the onboarding process for new members, providing orientation and integration support.
  • Community Development & Engagement:
    • Plan and organize networking events, workshops, and social gatherings to encourage collaboration.
    • Foster meaningful connections among members, strengthening the community.
    • Cultivate an inclusive, positive, supportive culture celebrating diversity and engagement.
  • Space & Operations Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day space operations, including reservations, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
    • Maintain the facility's cleanliness, functionality, and well-being.
    • Manage membership contracts, invoicing, and record-keeping for smooth operations.
  • Marketing & Promotion:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns attracting new members.
    • Promote events, programs, and community updates through various channels.
    • Support strategies boosting awareness, driving engagement, and improving member retention.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Track and analyze data related to occupancy, space utilization, and member satisfaction.
    • Prepare detailed reports sharing insights with management to support decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Conflict Resolution:
    • Proactively identify and address member concerns with empathy and professionalism.
    • Mediate conflicts resolving disputes constructively to maintain a respectful environment.
